Overview

Mice get in through gaps around utility lines, garage doors, and foundation seams that are hard to spot from the ground. Traps and poison alone treat the symptom. We find and seal every entry point, remove the mice already inside, and leave you with a house that stays mouse-free through the winter.

Any one of these is enough. Two or more means there is an animal already inside.

Droppings in cabinets, drawers, or along baseboards
Scratching in the walls or ceiling, especially at night
Gnawed food packaging, wires, or insulation
A musky odor in closed rooms or the garage

Exterior entry inspection
We trace the foundation, siding, rooflines, and utility penetrations to map every gap a mouse can use.

Seal the house
Openings are packed and sealed with rodent-proof materials that mice cannot chew through.

Remove active mice
Mice already inside are removed with targeted, child- and pet-safe placement, then monitored.

Follow-up visit
We return to confirm activity has stopped and make any adjustments while you are covered by our warranty.
