Overview
Once wildlife has lived in an attic, the insulation is soaked with urine, guano, and droppings. It holds odor that draws the next animal in, it can carry histoplasmosis and other pathogens, and it has usually been flattened to a fraction of its insulating value. We remove it, disinfect the space, repair what was chewed, and put it back better than it was.

Assess and document
We photograph the damage, measure insulation depth, and write up exactly what is contaminated so you and your insurer see the full picture.

Remove contaminated insulation
Soiled material is vacuumed out with a commercial insulation removal system and bagged for disposal. Nothing is stirred into your living space.

Sanitize and deodorize
The entire attic is treated with a hospital-grade disinfectant and deodorizer that neutralizes pheromones so returning animals lose the trail.
- 04
Repair and re-insulate
We repair chewed ducts, wires, and vents, then blow in new insulation to current code depth so the attic performs the way it should.
